In order to be able to craft it, you will need to farm four different keys from four different keywardens in Act I, II, III, and IV. If you’re not sure about what Infernal Machine actually is, it’s a craftable item that you get from your blacksmith that lets you open portals to a series of different boss fights. So if you haven’t already, now seems like the best time to work towards a decent Hellfire Amulet. No specific numbers were given about the drop rates on Torment I-V. This was a much needed change as there is just too munch RNG that comes into play otherwise.

It appears that Blizzard has listened to the community in regards to the many layers of RNG when trying to farm for a Hellfire Amulet, by deploying a hotfix that buffed the drop rate of organs in Infernal Machine on all torment levels that gets up to 100% on Torment VI (right after I just finished doing a bunch of these.).
